Fees and Rebates

All standard appointments are approximately 50 minutes in duration.

Our current fees are as follows:

Clinical Psychologists

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm: $265.00

• Monday to Friday, before 9:00am or after 5:00pm: $280.00

Registered Psychologists / Clinical Psychology Registrars

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm: $225.00

• Monday to Friday, before 9:00am or after 5:00pm: $240.00

Fees may be reviewed periodically. You will be informed of any changes in advance.

You do not require a referral to book an appointment.

If you wish to access a Medicare rebate, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.

With a valid Mental Health Care Plan:

• Medicare provides a rebate for a limited number of individual sessions per calendar year

• The rebate amount depends on the clinician’s registration (clinical or general)

Medicare rebates are not available for:

• couples or relationship therapy

• coaching or non-clinical services

Further information about current rebate amounts can be provided on request.

Some private health funds provide rebates for psychological services.

Rebate amounts and eligibility vary depending on your level of cover. We recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your entitlements.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment.

Where applicable, Medicare rebates can be processed following your session. Funds are typically returned to your nominated account by Medicare.

All sessions at Harlow Psychology are conducted online.

Fees are consistent with in-person psychological services and reflect the same level of clinical care and professional standards.

Psychological services are tailored to individual needs. The number and frequency of sessions will vary depending on your goals and circumstances.
