Join Our Team | Harlow Psychology

Harlow Psychology is a Sydney-based psychology practice providing online therapy to clients across Australia.

We are a small and carefully developed team of psychologists committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care. Our work is grounded in a structured, trauma-informed approach, with a focus on clinical integrity, collaboration, and sustainable outcomes.

We are interested in working with clinicians who value depth, consistency, and a considered approach to therapy.

Our approach to clinical work

At Harlow Psychology, therapy is structured, collaborative, and tailored to the individual.

We work with a range of presentations, including anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, and complex or longstanding difficulties. Our approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, and other structured interventions, adapted to each client’s needs.

We place particular emphasis on:

  • clear formulation and clinical reasoning

  • trauma-informed and regulation-focused work

  • pacing therapy appropriately

  • maintaining professional and ethical standards
